Message from the CEO

To the wisdom inherited from those before us, we add just a little, and pass it on to the next generation.

Hello. I am Ryo Horiki, CEO of Kinobo Inc. To you, who have opened this page — first of all, my deepest thanks.

Humankind has tamed fire, given birth to writing, built cities, and set machines in motion. Each of these, to the people of its time, must have been an event worthy of being called "magic." That we can now share a laugh with someone across the world in mere seconds is nothing less than the result of standing upon the wisdom and the challenges our ancestors stacked up over hundreds of thousands of years.

And the pace of that change is now faster than ever. The agricultural revolution took millennia; the industrial revolution, centuries; the information revolution, decades. AI is rewriting the premises of the world in just a few years. That is precisely why we want to face technology not as a mere tool for efficiency, but as the crystallization of the wisdom humankind has built up — with deep respect.

In childhood, a single stick picked up in the park became a sword, a brush, a magic wand — a companion close at hand that widened what was possible. For us as grown-ups, that stick is technology (Web, AI, design). We want to master it and build a world where people are not treated as cogs, but where each person can be the HERO of their own life.

Kinobo's mission is to "expand the realm of human possibility." It is not about boasting of technology, nor is efficiency itself the goal. "Is this truly increasing what humans 'can do'?" — we keep that question always at the center, and we make our clients, our members, and everyone involved win. To the civilization handed down by those before us, our generation adds just a little, and passes it on to the next. That is the shape of our excitement.

If you have a dream you want to achieve, or a challenge you want to solve — do not overthink it; let us play together first, and figure it out from there. Even a frightening forest, with a stick gripped in hand, can become a playground.

Now then — let's go on a thrilling adventure, together.
