Kinobo is an organization that encourages multiple careers and entrepreneurship. Every member is a specialist who has delivered results in their own field. Many run their own businesses, so diverse expertise and a management perspective circulate within the company — letting us approach every project with a real "perspective for making businesses win," not armchair theory.
With our core management team at the center, we maintain a team that can complete work in-house while collaborating closely with marketing teams and partners in Japan and abroad, as well as offshore development teams. Born in Tokyo in 1989. He took up entrepreneurship in his student days and founded Kinobo inc. in 2015. For nearly a decade since, he has led the company across everything from Web service planning and development to contract work. A serial entrepreneur, he also runs several operating companies including IJOOZ (fresh-squeezed orange vending machines), Vircre (metaverse), and Phyca (primary industry). With "expanding the realm of human possibility" as his mission, he leads the team from the front with technology and a spirit of adventure.
Born in 1989, a graduate of a science and engineering university. He started his career at a production company within a major advertising agency group, working on campaign sites for major clients. He supported Kinobo technically from its founding period and officially joined as Director & CTO in 2017. Since then, as a front-line full-stack engineer, he has single-handedly completed system development in every kind of language — from planning, design, and architecture to DevOps and front/back-end. Ranked No.1 in in-house sales for two consecutive years, he also has an overwhelming presence inside and outside the company as a mentor and mood-maker. He concurrently serves as an engineer at a financial company and as a director of a specialized development company.
Born in Tokyo, based in Okinawa. A marketer with a versatile background and talents. She began her career as a wedding planner, holds certifications as a childcare worker and a diver, and also writes novels. After building a track record in Web marketing as an SEO writer and media editor-in-chief, she joined Kinobo. She handles a wide range of work — from SEO/MEO consulting to marketing direction, talent scouting, and media editing and writing — and has rescued the company from management crises many times by making the marketing division profitable. She also runs a tourism business in Okinawa.

While solidifying our foundation through contract marketing support and system development, we also took on our own services.
We expanded our partner network in Japan and abroad, including Ukraine, Singapore, and India.
